The site describes services and software products we offer. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and no client relationship is created until a written proposal or agreement is signed by both parties.

For client engagements, ownership of custom source code is governed by the relevant agreement. Our general position is that the client owns bespoke code written for them, while we retain ownership of pre-existing components, libraries and our product code.

Links to third-party sites, and integrations with services such as payment gateways or WhatsApp, are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

9. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades or events outside our control.
